Organisation fee MUNICH MARATHON

• until Feb. 28th, 2010: 55,00 Euro
• until June 30th, 2010: 59,00 Euro
• until Sep. 26th, 2010: 65,00 Euro

Subsequent registrations are possible from October 8th until October 10th 2010. Increased organisation fee (no credit card accept): Marathon: 70,00 Euro.

Important! After the registration is completed, no claims can be raised to refund the participation fee - not even in case of illness.

Anniversary offer

Every 25th online subscriber for the marathon receives a small present.

Whether you belong to the winners, experiences you by email. The dispatch takes place after short operating time after your registration.

Payment of organisation fee:

Pay by bank transfer or credit card. There is a processing fee of 4% with payment by credit card. Any administrative fees accruing from erroneous information are the responsibility of the participant.
All runners can pick up their starting documents with this confirmation or their passport/identity card at the starting number distribution at the marathon fair.

Confirmations with the starting numbers are sent approx. one week before the 25th MUNICH MARATHON to all participants by e-mail or post.

Time measurement system

The measurement of the time is solely via the ChampionChip. The ChampionChip is an electronic transponder attached to your racing shoe that measures your personal racing time. With ca. 50 % of all racing events in Germany and with all major marathon races around the world, the times are determined via ChampionChip. Please attach the chip firmly to the lacing on the instep of your shoe (do not attach with metal), as otherwise no measurement of time will be made.

There are two possibilities:

1. You have a chip. Please, give their personal Champion-Chip number in the registration form (seven-place letter/number combination).

2. You haven't a chip. Please, pre-order the timekeeping for 6,00 euros* with your registration. You will receive a single-used-chip for your race with your startnumber on the marathon expo.

With your registration for the event, you can also reserve and order your running shirt of the MUNICH MARATHON 2010. The number of shirts is limited. You will receive the shirt you have ordered with your startnumber on the marathon expo.

Medal engraving

You can have your name and racing time engraved on your medal for a price of 8,00 Euros*. The stand is located directly next to the chip return at the marathon trade fair.

Noodle party

You can pre-order a voucher for a noodle portion for 5.00 euros* directly with your registration for the noodle party from October 8th until October 10th in the Event Arena (Sports Café).

New and typically "Munich":  (Folklore run)

The first Munich costume run is international, friendly and traditional. Runners of all nations and states are called on to run a 4,5 kilometer route in their national dress on the day before the marathon. The course leads to a section of the former marathon route from Willi-Gebhardt-Ufer in Olympic Park up to the district Gern to the southern approach-alley and back again. This is not about a fast time (no time measurement!) but more about friendship, sport and fun.

Participation in the Trachtenlauf München is free of charge.

Afterwards, there is a Bavarian Breakfast in Olympic Park with Weißwurst (Bavarian veal sausage), pretzels and beer. If you would like to take part in this, you can order for 5.00 euros* this right with your registration.

All participants who pre-ordered products or services (adidas Event and Finisher shirts, noodle party and Bavarian Breakfast) will have the respective coupons attached to their race numbers.
